Report a damage

It is your duty to report the damage to the vessel – the Charter Company needs to prepare the damaged part and be ready to immediately fix the damage upon your return to be on time for the next Check-in.

They will also be nicer to you and your wallet if you report the damage on time – immediately when it happens.

Reporting procedure:

Open the App > Open the Damage Module > Take few pictures > add a note if you wish. YES, it is that simple.
