The Charter App is NauSYS synchronized.
You must see the NauSYS logo on your BOARDING PASS (received by email).
If you do not see the Booking number please call your Agent/Charter Company and ask for booking link.
How to upload your booking data
When you are logged to The Charter App:
OPTION #1:
You received the smart-link > Click on it.
OPTION #2 (NauSYS booking system – 9 digit number):
Insert your Booking number (received at the time of the booking) > Choose Marina of your departure:

OPTION #3:
You received QR Code > Open The Charter App > Open Add Booking > Choose Scan QR Code.
PROCEED WITH:
- Fulfilling your personal setup data
- Reviewing booking data and other downloaded information
- *Share the download link with your crew-mates and/or add Family Members
