The Charter Manager App does NOT RECORD or USE THE DATA of YOUR CLIENTS!

The Charter App offers SAFER (contact-less), faster and better procedure through the base. It also offers Charter companies workflow optimization and statistics to improve their businesses.

The Charter App is also mobile/digital Check-in and Check-out platform

Your clients will be grateful to you too, for offering them a safer, faster, and more comfortable boarding and sailing experience.

In addition to all of that, the charter app stores data, and allows your clients to carry these charter memories wherever they go. A personal reference is the best promotion.

Registering to The Charter App:

YOUR Guest enters an Email and Password to sign in to the EMPTY APP.

EMAIL is required ONLY as a reference point to retrieve the lost password. Emails are safely and securely stored deep in our Microsoft Azure cloud system storage, to provide an automated password retrieval.

1. WE DO NOT KNOW TO WHOM THIS EMAIL BELONGS

2. THERE IS NO CONNECTION TO AN AGENT OR TO THE CHARTER COMPANY!

In other words, we only know that an App was activated, but we don’t know from whom or why.

*Email can be of a person who created a booking or of somebody else (a friend, spouse, business email, or even a fake email, as we do not pre-verify them).

3. EMAILS ARE ONLY USED TO CREATE A UNIQUE USER ID AND RETRIEVE PASSWORDS.

WE ONLY USE A BOOKING ID! IT IS OUR ONLY REFERENCE FOR ALL OPERATIONS.

4. FOR US (OR ANYBODY ELSE) THESE EMAILS ARE AN EMPTY DATA THAT HAS NO VALUE AND NO CONNECTION TO ANYONE.

WE ARE TRULY THE MOST NEUTRAL PLATFORM BETWEEN AN AGENT AND A CHARTER COMPANY.

NO ONE CAN USE OUR DATA OR BENEFIT FROM IT!

CHARTER COMPANY NOTIFICATIONS TO GUESTS:

When the guest adds a booking to an App, the unique ID is created, which connects the App with the Booking, even though we never know who holds the App.

One day before the booking, during the booking, and one day after the booking the Charter Company can send a Notification to the booking holder (as said, they do not know to whom) for the purpose of Notifying them about the Check-in procedure, asking them to visit the office, board the vessel, inform them about weather alerts, when is time to safely return to the base or ask them to leave the feedback.

Notifications do not need the contact data exchange. Notifications are better, easier, and more to the point communication, versa Viber or Whatsup. Notifications via The Charter App are here to help your guests with boarding, at sailing, and to improve safety by minimizing physical contact. It also eliminates the waiting time in marinas.

The phone number of the Base (for potential issues and safety of guest) is automatically provided by the App at signing the Check-in and it is removed from the App at screen signing the Check-out document.

 

The Charter App also offers to YOUR Guests helpful and useful booking data:

  • Reservation and vessel details
  • Vessel inventory (Check-in list)
  • Video briefing (walk trough)
  • Instructions (How-To ‘do this and that onboard’, variety of helpful Checklist, Routes, Weather maps…)
  • Other educational and useful material related to the vessel or sailing.
